Mars Rules Cancer
The most contentious part of Johndro’s rulership system is his having Mars rules Cancer. Mercury ruling Aries doesn’t get me in any arguments, but Mars ruling Cancer does everytime. That’s how you know it’s correct.
Johndro created his rulership system in response to the discovery of new planets. The trad rulership system does not include the outer planets and the “modern rulership system” was not established yet. So, Johndro figured his own. He wrote, the new rulership was a way to resolve contradictions. How is it that Capricorn, about ascension, is ruled by Saturn, a planet about the depths? In figuring his new system, over the course of decades, he discovered the lights do not rule anything. Thus, Cancer is not ruled by the Moon.
Johndro does not use elemental theory in astrology. The elements in astrology were not a big thing in early 20th Century astrology. They may have been revived with tradstrology. I simply find no use for the elements in astrology. Planets, aspects, and rulership degrees are more than enough. The elements seem to be a way to fudge rather than be precise. Johndro is about precision.
The rulership systems are interpretation tools. They are not literal. A planet does not control a constellation or degrees of longitude. Thus, there is no real rulersystem. Astrology is a predictive analytics system. Use what works. What this article is saying is Mars ruling Cancer works better than Moon ruling Cancer.
This article will have to show examples outside saint and Church charts. I do not have enough examples to pull from and the primary proofs have to be athletes and the like.
Astrologers know athletes and fighters have Cancer Mars. However, rather than realize that maybe Mars is not in fall in Cancer, they instead make excuses about how in fact elite fighters are “overcompensating” or something with emotions. Whereas, with Johndro’s rulership, it predicts this. Mars rules Cancer, so many athletes and fighters will have Mars in Cancer. If you have to come up with excuses to make it work, it’s wrong. There is no predictive power, either, making it worse. You can’t do a blind read on such a chart and predict the person is an elite athlete if you think Mars is “watery” and in fall in Cancer.
METAL VOCALISTS
The first proof that Mars rules Cancer is metal vocalists. Unlike other music genres, the people you see on stage performing metal are the same people who write the music. So, when looking at these charts, keep in mind that these are people writing the music about immortal warriors killing dragons. They are not just putting on a show for a record company. This is their art.

She wrote that. Sounds like she’s compensating for something right? Such “watery” lyrics right? Without looking at her chart, you can guess she has some kind of complex where she feels the need to overcompensate for her weakness…..this is retarded. Why are astrologers retarded?
Without knowing a thing about this girl I can look at her Mars placement and immediately read “Girl (Ceres) Writing (Mercury) Legends (Neptune) of War (Mars), Killing (Mars) and Vengeance/Death (Saturn)” in the rulerships of 1 Cancer. I don’t need to invent some reason why this girl is sitting down and writing about war. It’s right there with the Mars in Mars (Cancer).

CARLOS ACUTIS
Millennial saint, Carlos Acutis is a Cancer Mars. His did not manifest Mars in Cancer as a love for conflict. Rather it was a love for blood. God’s blood. His Mars is at 16 Cancer Mars, Mars, Pluto, Neptune, Saturn. “Doing (Mars) Bleeding (Mars) Sacrament/Mystery (Pluto) Complete (Neptune) Catalog (Saturn).” St. Carlos devoted his life to cataloging every Eucharist Miracle and putting it on the internet.
ST. JOHN VIANNEY
John Vianney was a priest known for and sainted for as a “martyr of the confessional.” He was a priest who spent all day and night hearing confessions and giving absolution.

I wrote on Humanae Vitae before. Mars is in Cancer for Humanae Vitae. It is at 22 Cancer conjunct Mercury at 18 Cancer. The subrulership is Pluto. “Declaring (Mercury) Penetrative (Mars) Acts (Mars) Sinful (Pluto) that are Absent (Neptune) Insemination (Uranus).”
Humanae Vitae is a famous writing (Mercury) dogmatizing that certain “penetrative (Mars) acts (Mars) are sins (Pluto).” Again, this is right there in the Johndro rulerships.

The Econe Consecations of the SSPX both have Sun in Cancer. As, I wrote, these show the Martial severing, acts, and sedition of the SSPX that day (Sun).
MASS FOR THE CARE OF CREATION
In my original article, I focused on the Sun’s aspects, but not it’s placement. The Sun for the new mass is at 17 Cancer: Mars, Pluto, Neptune, Saturn. “Performing (Mars) Mysterious (Pluto) Sacrament (Saturn) for Nature (Neptune).” Or Mars can also be “Incense for…” The Sun, for this chart, can be “Day,” and the previous read, but also “Glorious” or “Immortal” referring to the mass and sacrament.
IDAHO STUDENT MURDERS
In browsing my charts for Cancer placements, I found my chart for the Idaho Student Murders.s The massacre is immediately read in the Moon placement in Cancer. “Females Murdered.” or “Murder at Night.” Or “Murder in Sleep.” I don’t what extrapolation would be made with reading this as the Moon in its proper place. Whereas reading with Cancer as ruled by Mars gives the read without even needing to think about it. The full rulerships at 17 Cancer give: “Girls Massacred by Criminal are All Dead.”
BASILICA FIREBOMBED
I wrote of this here. Again, the read is at a glace: Night (Moon) Arson (Mars/Cancer). The early subrulers of Cancer even tell us what was burned (Mars): Catholic (Neptune) Structure (Saturn).
STIGMATISTS
My favorite subject: Stigmatists. What’s funny is most of these I have not wrote on yet.
Catherine of Sienna receives the stigmata when the Moon is in Cancer. “Female (Moon) Wounded.” Transit Moon in Cancer opposing Ceres in Capricorn can be “Wounded (Mars) Apparition (Moon) from Heaven (Neptune) Appears (Ceres).”
Padre Pio, who has so many mystical experiences I don’t know where to start with him, has Moon in Cancer. “Battling Apparitions.” “Nightly Battles.” And “Visible Wounds.” His stigmata appeared once and remained on his body always visible until he died (when they disappeared). “Visible (Moon) Wounds (Mars) of Savior (Neptune) Imprinted (Saturn) in Hands (Venus).”
