I have never seen such blatant lies about something so obvious, accessible, and straightforward. Fiducia Supplicans is an authoritative response to Catholic leaders disobeying previous magisterial teachings on whether they can bless homosexual unions in the same way they do Catholic marriages. The answer before was “The Church can not and will not bless sin” and that is reaffirmed in this document spelling out that the Church is literally incapable of blessing sin. Even if a priest tried to bless a same-sex union (what the document calls “Irregular unions”) no blessing would occur. The document is written to these priests and bishops trying to get the Church to affirm the practice of same-sex unions. Thus, there are lots of clarifications and boundary setting for liars to latch onto to spread lies about what the document says. In practice, the document says if two homosexuals (“a couple”) comes to a priest asking for a blessing the priest may perform a rote, standard blessing on the two individuals as they would anyone else. But, there is to be no liturgy, ritual, nor apperance of blessing the union. The individuals are blessed (to live a life conforming to God) as any other person is blessed irregardless of whatever sin is attached to them. There is no blessing, affirming, nor justifying their sexual acts. It’s no different than a porn addict asking for a priests blessing. The priest blesses the person, but does not affirm the porn addiction. It’s all so simple.

That's a 1'18 conjunction between Venus (Same) and Juno (Marriage). And then the Vatican's Venus makes a 1'44" sesquisquare to transit Juno. And the Junos are in 0' parallel. This shows an event about homosexual marriage.
Fiducia Supplicans’ Pluto is in 0 degree trine with Vatican’s Jupiter. “Lies (Pluto) about Blessing (Jupiter).” Trines are heavily Mercurial aspects, so the aspect is showing something being spoken, affirming the interpretations for both Pluto and Jupiter. It should also be reminded that this is an event chart, not necessarily a birth chart for the document. So, this aspect is showing the lies that occurred at this time, rather than that Fiducia Supplicans is lying.
The Church’s Neptune is trine with Sun. And the Suns are in contraparallel. Neptune represents Catholicism. Sun is the monarch, for the Vatican, that’s the Pope. Fiducia Supplicans was written by the head of the Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith, Cardinal Fernandez. However, the way the Church operates, such a declaration comes from the Pope’s authority. So, this document is a declaration coming from Pope Francis. The Sun also shows an event, in mundane astrology. So, this trine and these contraparallels are showing an action of the Pope and Church.

The rulerships, in descending order, are: Uranus, Venus, Jupiter, Pluto. “Dissent (Uranus) Same (Venus) Blessing (Jupiter) Lies (Pluto).” Altogether, these degrees are showing lies and dissent regarding the action of the Holy Father regarding same-sex blessings. Vatican’s Sun is oppose transit Mars. Mars is fight, sedition, and mutiny. Oppose the Monarch, Pope (Sun). So, again, we see this event chart showing sedition (Mars) and dissent (Uranus) against the Holy Father regarding this Church declaration. Other aspects show lies (Pluto) regarding the declaration.
